Hi! Welcome to A Cup of Encouragement

Welcome to A Cup of Encouragement, a Christian mental health blog for women of all ages. I am a registered psychotherapist dedicated to encouraging us (including myself) to take restful breaks with Jesus during our busy days. These breaks help us stay grounded, not only in ourselves but also in our relationship with God. Here, you can find purposeful prayers and strategies to help with day-to-day challenges, encouragement for your day, self-reflective questions for personal and spiritual growth, and relatable blog posts. I believe in the transformative power of God's Word and truth. Together, we can intentionally take breaks with Jesus throughout our day to "fill our cup" with God’s Word and truth, transforming our daily lives and growing in our intimacy with the Lord, one break and one cup of encouragement at a time.
